Christmas Bells 3D Screensaver – Christmas Decorations on Your Desktop
There is still a bit of time until Christmas will roll around, but hey, it’s never too early to get excited. When Christmas will come you will undoubtedly want to decorate everything. You will put lights on the roof and on the porch, you will put decorations on the law, and you will put decorations everywhere around the house – and you will of course get the Christmas tree ready.
You may also want to decorate your computer with a Christmas-themed screensaver. Such a screensaver is the 3PlaneSoft-developed and aptly named Christmas Bells 3D Screensaver. What does the screensaver display? It displays a bunch of Christmas decorations dangling from the branches of a virtual Christmas tree.
To get you in the Christmas spirit, the Christmas Bells 3D Screensaver plays music in the background. I realize the music may not be enough to get your in the holiday spirit. Luckily there is something you can do about it – you can set up a playlist with your collection of Christmas carols for example and have Christmas Bells 3D Screensaver play that in the background. You can easily do this from the Settings window.
Here is a little tip – if at any time you find the music distracting or simply don’t want to listen to it anymore, press the M key on your keyboard. This will mute all the sounds Christmas Bells 3D Screensaver plays.
Before you get this application and put it to the test, take a look at the technical details presented below:

Installation – at the time of writing this, support is provided for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit editions). During the installation process you can choose between these languages: English, German, French and Russian.
During the installation process you are asked to install the 3Planesoft Screensaver Manager. This manager provides information about your currently installed 3PlaneSoft screensaver and about other screensaver 3PlaneSoft has to offer. The manager allows you to access the settings of all the 3PlaneSoft screensavers installed on your system. It also comes with a feature to automatically change the screensaver after a specific amount of time, or to display a different screensaver each time the computer goes idle. This manager is quite useful if you have more than one 3PlaneSoft screensaver.
Limitations – a nag screen will appear after 90 seconds when using the trial version. To get rid of this nag screen you have to purchase a license.
